Strengths, Stress, and What to Do About It

When:
Where:Virtual

Presented by the UW Office of Business & Entrepreneurship

A behavioral assessment workshop for business owners

Your greatest strengths as a business owner – the traits that help you build, lead, and push forward – can shift under pressure. Understanding how your natural talents show up in different conditions is key to sustainable leadership. This workshop gives you a structured way to see your behavioral patterns clearly. Using the Harrison Behavioral Assessment, you’ll identify what’s working, what to watch for when stress is high, and where focused development will have the biggest impact on how you lead. Small business owners rarely get time to step back and evaluate their own leadership approach. This session creates that space, with concrete tools you can use immediately. Participants will complete the Harrison Assessment prior to the session (included with your registration, a $49 value).

Facilitators: Jen Adamski, Klario Creative & Dr. Clint Calvert, 2nd Act Career Services
